The airframe construction is discussed here. The flight control board used for that build was different, but the same frame is used for the AeroQuad.

Counter rotating propellers

For a quadrocopter, two slow flyer and two slow flyer pusher propellers are needed. It is highly recommended to get extra sets to prevent any downtime with your quad.

6 Degree of Freedom (DOF) Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU)

It is constructed out of two items:

• 5 DOF IMU
• Dual Axis Gyro - adds the 6th degree of freedom
